Capital Improvements
Reminder of our Focus areas for 2023:
- Upgrade/Refresh landscaping around the lake and entrances
- Monitor Security camera options for our subdivision(s)
- Paint light posts around the lake – Will estimate $2200
- Build an Operations Manual for the H2 HOA Board
- Assist Homeowners on the best ways to report bad behaviors of fellow neighbors
Prioritize this year’s projects

Purchase Goosinator box, lock, other – box assembled and on-site, need combo lock and secure the box as well
as create sign up genius list for volunteers to help out

Paint light posts around lake – update above, moving forward as weather cooperates

Clean entrances (monuments) from overgrown bushes and trees, etc. + low voltage lights

Spruce island on west end of Windsong – waiting on estimate

Run new electrical wire to median entrance at Acres – Masters Bros estimate $5k just for new power source
